Most Couples choose two entrees, two side dishes, a salad and dinner roll.

Appetizers (or hors d’oeuvres) can be ordered as a before-meal snack.  It’s a lovely way to encourage guests to mingle and get to know one another better.  Generally served between the ceremony and the full meal while the wedding party is whisked away to their photo shoot.  Most wedding parties order 3-5 appetizers and they are either positioned at a tray station or passed (or both).

I encourage the couple to think about what they and their guests might enjoy.  If you have a favorite, please let me know what that is.  We’ll try to work it into the menu.

You don’t need to pay full price for kids!  Ask me about how we can reduce costs for the younger set and still fill their tummies with kid-friendly food.
